Hey guys!
Another little thoughts journal. On what, you ask?
Well, the title, as usual, says it all. The newest short film of Frozen called "Frozen Fever."
From what I have been seeing, there are two responses to it:
1. HECK YEAH ANOTHER FROZEN!!!! YEEEEEEAAAAAAH!!
2. NONONONONONONONONO!!!! WHY DISNEY, WHY?!?!?!?!
My response?
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
I dunno. I liked the movie when I first saw it....it was beautiful, nicely written, characters well developed and likeable.
But after a while I started to realize.....it's getting too overly hyped for it's own good. I mean, it's cute and all......but is it really worth such extreme reactions to it? I don't hate it, but I don't absolutely love it either, you know? I feel like this "new installment" is completely forced.....not like the movie itself. The movie definitely had some heart put into it. And I'm sure there was a bit of heart to it as well. But it feels like....one of those situations where you are forced to do something out of an intense amount of peer pressure, you know? To get people to shut up about making a sequel to it.
Well, in any case, I'm not too keen on them making a sequel to Frozen. (Please don't hate me for that ) Sorry, but I'm not. Reason? Disney's track record of making absolutely TERRIBLE sequels to classic Disney movies. And I mean it. TERRIBLE. Let me give you some examples of this:
1. Cinderella II: Dreams Come True
2. Hunchback of Notre Dame II
3. The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea
4. Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure
5. Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas
There are many other examples, but I'll leave it at five. And only reason I haven't explained is because this journal would become longer than it should
Well, that's my take on it. What do you think about new Frozen installments?
If you'd like to share, post a journal or post it in the comments below!
As always, take care guys!

Update on things: I will be okay
Hey guys.
Figured I'd post this since probably few will see the update in the description of my newest WIP.
Since the end of March I've been in a bit of a recovery process. From what, I don't really feel I should share at the moment, although some of you might have a good idea as to what it is. To those who don't, please don't take it personally that I am not telling you up front. The situation in itself still shakes me up to this day, and it's definitely not a pleasant experience to share online. I wouldn't want you to get wrapped up in such things or be a downer on your day. If you truly did want to know, perhaps I will share it in the fu
A Big Thank You
Hey guys!
Been a long time since I made any sort of journal, and I figured that I'd make one now rather than later (despite it being really super early in the morning....I need to go to bed lol).
I just wanted to thank you guys for being so supportive and patient with me as I went through such an extensive hiatus. It really means a lot to me that you guys were there for me, despite being inactive (in terms of my own artwork) for so long. But that support along with certain parts of my life finally looking up has finally given me the passion and means to keep doing what I love. It may not be super amazing like the works some of my friends an
Happy Holidays Everyone!
Hey guys!
Been some time since I wrote a journal! I know I've been writing a lot of updates, and everyone has been pretty understanding of my situations at home. And I really appreciate and love you guys for that.
I do want to apologize, however, for not posting as much as I had initially intended. I know I tend to promise things, and not really deliver, which I know I should absolutely work on. Whenever I say the word "promise," I wind up kicking myself in the foot. I did have the mini comics drawn out, but with certain circumstances over the year, I lost quite a bit of motivation. And I know that's no excuse. But it is certainly what happ
What's Been Going On With Me
Hey guys!
Update journal time!
I know, I've made a few statuses about what's been happening in my life, but I figured I'd make a journal with a little bit more detail as to what's been happening on my end. With that said, let's just jump right into it:
Work
So, I know I have mentioned this before, but I did get a new job recently. And no, it's not the tea shop that I said that I was working in. That wound up not working out, which I will get into in a moment. But I work at a clothing store called Forever 21. They seemed to really need people and wound up hiring me and giving me a decent amount of hours to the point where I wind up passing
